My account was compromised by someone and they used it to make a random spam post on a crypto speculation sub. Days later I got suspended for a week, right on the cusp of my GPD Win 3's arrival.

I'm having some minor issues with the GPD Win 3 now that I could use some assistance with but since I'm suspended I can't ask the community (and the support is a bit spotty through the direct channels so the sub is the best way to get help). I have to wait until after Friday before I can use Reddit again.

I thought about it but the Reddit admins have a zero-tolerance policy towards trying to get around a suspension (that's apparently what got my account suspended - the person who abused it was already suspended from one of their own accounts and logging in as me red-flagged it as trying to circumvent that suspension). I feel like it's risky (especially since I have another suspension on my account from less than a year ago).

Or try to find a Discord or something. It seems everything has a Discord nowadays.

The main issue is the company is "small" (I don't think they're that small anymore, IMO) and...um...Chinese (meaning their hours are inconvenient for my American hours and it can be difficult to communicate with them effectively).

So the sub is a quick way to convey exactly what issues you're having. This is the fourth product I've bought from GPD so I'm familiar with what it takes to get assistance.
