He is in custody. The dad did what was best by trying to lure him away from her. He kept going after her!! What you dont see is that this dude jumped out of his car, punched the dad in the back of the head and immediately tried to take the girl FROM HIS ARMS. He had to fight a lot harder before the recording started. We are just so lucky that he wasnt knocked out after that first blow to the head. Please be kind, because you dont know what you would do in this situation until it happens to you. Not all of us can even do THIS much after getting knocked in the head. Plus the dude was fighting with his keys, and you never know if he could have had a knife or something! Luring him away was the best option, even though its scary. Im grateful for the girl recording to provide some kind of comfort to the child, even if it was just a little.
