Arv was watching dash cam accidents and it appears that the person with the dash cam a lot of the times will get into the accident instead of avoiding it because they have proof that fits the definition that it was the other persons fault even if they could have easily avoided it

I agree.

When you avoid an accident and do damage to your own vehicle, while the person who was at fault drives off, then have to pay for the damage that basically they caused, youll understand why its better to get into the accident.

Arvs not talking about that Arvs talking about when theres a green light and someone doesnt slow down on the red light and the person still insists on going because he has the green light and no matter what the red light person is at fault but they insist on going because they have it on camera. So dont pull fast ones on Arv mister

And Arv has seen other instances where the dash cam person notices that someone is doing something wrong but instead of being cautious or defensive driver theyll allow it to happen because with proof of the dash cam they arent at fault. Its all legal but very sneaky

Only time dash cam is good is when it catches people trying to commit insurance fraud drunk drivers or drivers that have seizures and things like that. But it seems that some people use dash cams as manipulation because they knew they have evidence instead of being a defensive driver
