Id wager its probably a reaction to a bug bite. I was outside for several hours at a party and began to notice this the next day or two after.

If it itches try not to scratch it. You can get some anti-itch cream from the pharmacy if it becomes difficult to ignore it. Sometimes a hot bath or shower can help open up pores and help your body expel whatever it is thats causing the rash.

Its itchy from time to time but no pain. Im trying not to scratch it. Hot ass water in the shower makes it feel great. The sensation of scratching but not harmful

Looks like eczema to me with the uneveness of smaller and bigger patches. And the biggest patch has a scaly look.

Have you tried calamine lotion on your rash to see what reaction you get? Calamine lotion's available just about everywhere and can reduce the urge to itch your rash, at least until you can see a doctor.
