chunk up a pound or so of potato and boil them. saute up a pound or so of chopped cabbage in 3/4 stick of butter in a 10 in pan. add the potatoes and roughly smash into the pan like a cake and let it get nice and brown on the bottom. real rad and a good way to use up a half head of cabbage...

Are you at the hospital or do you work for one?

Oh no, busy at work? Or just not hungry?

Interesting. I actually cannot stand cabbage ever since my mom was making cabbage soup nonstop every day for her diet. I cannot stand the smell at all

Good on you for the weight loss journey! Sounds like a healthy dinner. I love cooking steak, its simple and delicious. My salad ended up very tasty. My sauce broke but Im still getting used to using the cast iron. Flavors were there though.

Id say Im 80% healed. I cant do too much without feeling the pain after. I try to go for walks around the neighborhood and pushing my daughter in her stroller. I got a bit too carried away yesterday and went for 45 minutes. My incision burned a lot after so I have to remember to pace myself. Its just hard because I hate sitting around not doing anything productive. Even when heavily pregnant, I was cleaning, organizing, doing things around the house, etc. But Im doing soooo much better than the first week, which was one of the hardest things I ever went through.

I was praying that you didn't have to go through with a C-Section, that you would have a normal & natural birth.

Looks like I didn't pray enough for you.

Sorry bout that!

Depends on your definition. Lol

It's just a mid range one from lowes. My first ever so lot of it's still learning, but seems to be just toss rub on meat and cook it for a few hours and pay attention to temps.
