The cats are determined to harm you and will not scatter if one is killed. Other than loyalty to their mission and a slightly more cohesive attack strategy than real cats, they possess no extra intelligence or abilities than a typical, regular, average house cat. The cats are neither obese nor meager; they are between ages 4 and 9 years old. They all have all their claws in the sharpest natural state possible and have all their shots.

I don't think three cats would kill me, but I do think I could be overwhelmed by them and want to quit from stinging, minor blood loss and danger to my eyes.

It would take a lot to kill me (or any adult) but at the same time people don't realize how fucking strong even the average domestic cat is.

My moms cat got attacked by the neighbour's Golden retriever once and the cat ended up with its back leg broken in two places but it legitimately ripped that dogs face and neck to shreds. A cat going all out is fucking crazy.

Also both cat and dog recovered and the owners sent the dog to some relatives after they had a kid cause it bit the kid.

I feel like it's more than ten unless they're Walter type cats then its like 4 or 5. Either way I'd need stitches and medical attention if even 3 came at me relentlessly. 2 I could maybe handle and get away with mild first aid.

Your clothing has to be from your existing wardrobe and cannot include tricky things like "I happen to have a hazmat suit" or "This is my Stormtrooper LARP outfit;" your articles if clothing must include things that could be purchased at a typical clothier (jeans, denims, work boots, shirts, etc.). You may wear glasses if you need them, but no goggles. No weapons. No leather gloves or helmets.

Yeah, I said they had their claws in their sharpest natural state and have slightly more cohesive strategizing than natural cats, but no hyper-intelligence. They are domestic cats, per the title. They are allowed in the yard when they want, but sleep inside most nights and lovingly accept scritches from their owners.

No allies. Your outfit limitations are described in #9. Cats have no armor.

I wouldn't try to fight them. I would try to just be cool until they weren't pissed off and were like trying to befriend me. I've dealt with some really shitty aggressive asshole cats at times but I still always try to be cool with them, even if they scratch me for no reason after I pet them for 10 minutes or they rip open my couch beyond repair and hide in it...

or they steal salami off my sandwich while I'm eating and staring them in the face like okay I let that happen right in front of me but because it was fucking hilarious... but I could have chased them off if I had a problem with it...

Cats can shred you up pretty good. Wouldnt honestly take too many of them to get you to a significant amount of blood loss

I mean, I could probably survive an attack by quite a few cats. However, I don't think I could actually fend off more than one at a time before I'd just curl up in a ball and let them finish scratching the shit out of me.

Well then I have 4 machetes so I'm wielding 2 and keeping the backups on hand so we'll see what happens. My chances of success hinge on how many there are vs. how quickly I tire out >_>

If all at once, I'd say I could deal with ten cats.
If one at a time, I'd get tired at 30.
