ROOTFayth 05/09/21 5:17:09 PM #16:	try a prebiotic + probiotic smoothie 1 banana 1 avocado 1 or 2 cup of frozen blueberries 2 tablespoon of pure cacao and blend that with Kefir I personally blend it with Almond milk then take water kefir but kefir with dairy has a lot more probiotics, could possibly feel bloated/gassy initially because of the bacterias, if its too uncomfortable you can just consume a bit less kefir anyway I got a severe case of ulcerative colitis and it got me back to no symptoms at all, cant imagine it wouldnt improve your condition <cite>ROOTFayth posted [p:953732797] in I've had d...
