It's sad, but personally I wouldn't stick around where people don't want me, unless I'm in a business and am a reasonable paying customer, regardless if it suppresses my rights, because people are insane these days and who knows what could happen. Happened to me except it was a cop. Says I parked in an area known for drug deals so they wanted to make sure.

Yes, he did, just to make this video. He could have just parked at the Wendy's or wherever he got the food at, but then he probably wouldn't be able to generate the suspicion and outrage he needed. Reminds me of the old axiom "Just because you can doesn't always mean you should.".

All he did was park and start eating and they started harassing him. Regardless of his intent, they should not have done that. People park on my street all the time. I see cars i don't know go down my street all the time. I don't walk outside and immediately call the cops. Fuck off. People go through this shit all the time. No. And as for your last sentence, considering all the mass shootings and random acts of violence that occur in this country for all sorts of bullshit reasons, all Americans who aren't young or naive do live in fear to some extent.

Regardless of what his reason was to park there and eat, he wasn't breaking any laws.

Did he know this was going to cause a problem? Yes. (apparently the area is high in racism against black people) Is he doing anything wrong? No.

How did he know exactly? He went to a public park to eat and got ran off. So then he just went elsewhere.

There is no proof of him knowing the type of area he stopped at or what peoples' reactions would be.
