Watched that social dilemma last year and am starting to think social media apps actually do have some kind of personal AI for every person. Messages i send through messenger go through at different times depending on who i message. If i message a family member or someone i contact regularly the message goes through instantly. If i message someone i hardly ever message the message will either not go through at all or take long enough to send so that i forgot i sent it. Then there are the messages that take forever to deliver to people who i have recently had an argument or negative conversation with.
