People aren't ignoring it, people have been complaining for years about their crappy controllers, their bad online, scarcity of their products, their greedy $60 pricing for Switch ports of Wii and Wii U games, and their draconian attitude toward piracy when they refuse to make their old games available. These are all things that people online complain about OFTEN. But yeah they continue to sell tons anyway. If their next system flops then maybe they'll be forced to change strategies. --- Talking about video games? it's ok to just disagree with each other on the internet.
