If you look at almost any DBA job requirements, they demand a Bachelor's. The only degree I have is an AA in Computer Networks and a CEC in MSSQL Server. Also I have over a decade of experience in IT. Even with all my technical knowledge and experiences, I still believe the most important skill is proper social communications. Ama --- Don't like it?
