How does that even work?If you're not conquering, you could wage war with neighbors to keep them weak (and if you're savvy politically, reliant on your support afterwards). Nope. You presented it as a necessity, not an opportunity. There are plenty of peaceful countries with strong economies who haven't launched wars overseas, making the correct response to your question: "bullshit".
