Tbh had it up to here with family members posting anti-vaxx stuff on Facebook. So I want to start my own conspiracy to counter.

Basically we went almost 100 years without vaccines being a provocative concept. And then after almost a century of going without an epidemic where vaccinations are needed, people start talkin about how vaccines cause autism. And then they turn it into a big movement juuuust conveniently leading up to the first huge pandemic in a century. Moreover, the first pandemic in the age of information.
Oh and the two Xs in anti-vaxx? XX = 20 20... 2020, THE YEAR THE COVID PANDEMIC STARTED :O !!!
SO in other words, vaccine conspiracies are just one big government conspiracy to control the people

So now that I've got that fleshed out, where do I go to pitch it to tinfoil hats and have it gain momentum? 4chan? Tucker Carlson?

But the best way to approach this is to get numbers on how much certain vaccine-able diseases cost to treat - How expensive the drugs are, hospital stays, etc. Then argue that Big Pharma is trying to trick you into getting the cure, so they charge you for years of treatment instead of a one-time thing.

You're right, it's just 20. But 20 twice becomes 2020, so we're still in business baby.

Honestly that's not a bad idea though cuz one of the common things I hear from my family is how (inexplicably) they should be working on treatments to help people get better instead of preventing people from getting it in the first place.
