She's way cuter than Angelina, btw. I can't help but feel that the face has lots of attention put into the detail but the body, though the dimensions are great, seem kind of rushed and unfinished. I strongly recommend before you draw a pose to get up and try to act it out, even take a picture of yourself if you can! MabusIncarnate 05/02/21 11:17:45 PM #40:	I think you'd benefit more off of pencil pressure. Like eyebrows and whatnot. A heavy pull into a lighter pull would give it a more realistic perspective. Not at all being critical, but when it comes to stuff like shading and realism, when it comes down to using graphite, this can make a big difference. I took a few years of art in college, and on top of pencil art, I used a lot of charcoal, and how soft or hard you are pressing can be a tremendous difference. I really don't know why I'm shading and stuff when I'm really just practicing building a body and face. Just putting things where they are supposed to go. It's all just boxes, tubes, and circles put in different places. Your first pic in this topic shows a bit of emotion, and that is really hard to do when drawing people. You have talent, it's just raw. Your ratios are on point, a lot of time body to head comparison is way off. It looks like a legitimate rough sketch for a comic book. I was nowhere close to this when I started.
