He could just believe hes a space ranger and have just as fulfilling a life. Hell, what was the message of the first movie if not Its okay to not be number one as long as youre there for your kid.? Why did every movie beat us over the head with Its important to have a kid! Having a kid is the best feeling a toy can have! Look at the name on my boot. Look at it!!!? Its literally Jessies whole motivation in Toy Story 2 and Lotsos whole motivation in Toy Story 3. Turns out all that is a bunch of nothing. Why did 3 end with an emotional passing of the torch scene if they were just gonna have Bonnie get sick of him immediately? Its like they wanted to do another movie with a human main character but the execs wanted that sweet Toy Story dough so they just mashed the two together.
