Now that I think about it, I can't think of anything. All my favorite roguelites tend to run pretty long sessions.

Actually if you're open to playing on mobile, there's this game I love called Candies n' Curses. It's action/arcade style with random powerups to choose from in each run, and different weapons and equips to unlock. It's got a lot of charm and fantastic music.

Sounds like Slay the Spire, Binding of Isaac, Risk of Rain, Enter the Gungeon and such

For a short-cycle traditional roguelike there's "Rogue's Tale", and for a long-cycle roguelite there's "A Valley Without Wind"/every single game by Arcen

But I will recommend "Castle of no Escape 2"

Slay the Spire doesn't really have runs that short unless you die early, or try to speedrun in fast mode. My runs tend to last a fair bit longer than that.

I just did my quickest StS run at forty minutes. It's gonna suck trying to get that down to twenty for the trophy.

Rogue Legacy, maybe. I can usually get through a bunch of rooms pretty quick. Maybe Undermine. And probably Crypt of the NecroDancer. All the areas last about a couple of minutes (the length of a short song), but you can finish each one earlier. And only 4 zones (each zone is 3 floors and a boss). 5 zones with the DLC...
