but it's meant to be an MMO

couldn't tell you TC. i liked it back when i was 14 and enjoyed making master baiter jokes, not sure what's going on with the game since it got its 3d upgrades.

Because World of Warcraft is getting boring
and being able to play something on my phone like an mmo but also on my work computer means when the bunch of idiots in senior positions need me for a 'very important meeting' makes it so I can shit out skill levels on my phone

I remember when it blew up in like the summer of 02, a lot of people I knew were playing it. I played the hell out of the game for the next 2 or 3 years.

you gotta know how to get away with it ;)
make the macro click in a random spot in range of the thing you want to grind from where your mouse pointer is when activated.
edit: catually I'm not sure if that works anymore. I only played the original runescape

Where did you get the idea that you can't interact with other players? Regardless, RuneScape has pretty good world, lore, and quests. The boring stuff for certain skills can largely be automated nowadays, meaning that the game is basically an idle/RPG hybrid; the game has been like this for some time. Fuck, as far back as 2013 I watched through the entire Dark Tournament saga of Yu Yu Hakusho while lying on my bed with RuneScape running in the background the whole time. Didn't have to cheat and use macros either.
