2 months is a good start. An hour a day right off the bat seems a lot though - don't start off too hard on yourself...but then I guess you can always lower the pace.

Id recommend the tread over the bike. Burn more calories. And remember if you dont chanhe your diet all the excercise in the world aint gonna matter.

nah, i hate treadmills. bike for me. and i'm aware of the diet. i eat fairly well.
