You still NEED human actors for CGI actors, so what's the point of rendering CGI over the actors themselves?
Graphic artists still aren't pitch perfect enough to render a full-scale realistic human body that our human eye can't easily tell isn't CGI ... Copied to Clipboard!

Good CGI costs a ton of money and takes a ton of time
