Mainly looking at nintendo and pokemon related things, but the prices have gotten unbelievably absurd recently. Most pre gen 3 games are going for close to 100+ dollars and honestly 4th gen and below are looking just as bad. Colosseum and Gale of Darkness are easily 100-200$ now when they were signifcantly lower years ago. A notable game i like to mention is Fire Emblem Path of Radiance that I got for a birthday that cost less then 20$ is now a 400$ game minimum. Will these prices crash at some point as they climb to collector prices for used games?

You can blame collectors if you want.
I blame Nintendo for not making their games accessible digitally. Got curious so I checked the price on the rarest game I own, Cubivore. Lowest price on EBay is $550! Id like some of whatever it is theyre smoking.

Collectors, prices for rarer games can only rise
