yep this makes it very clear that without the video having gone public that the killer would not have been found guilty of any crime

he would still be on the force today, at worst facing a 6 week paid vacation or having to move to an adjacent department

Not only that he could have been acquited, but was seriously expected to be. To say nothing of the absolutely disgusting number of people that knew all the facts of the case and still wanted him to go free, even without any sort of corrupt self-interest driving that.
