my buddy is worth 6 millions and still renting, so yeah it just depends on what you want, being a owner is more expensive

But if I got a house then there would be all those rooms, grass and such.
And yea I know I could get a condo, but then I do like being able to just hit up maintenance when something breaks.

If there wasn't a stigma, I would consider a trailer park home, at least then I wouldn't be connected to other rooms.

Well yea, and as long as the lot, the trailers are spaced out decentlya nd not on top of each other.
Cause ideally I like the size of a 1 bedroom apartment.

I rent because I get way better returns on other investments and dont want the headache and illiquid lifestyle of real estate.
