Grocery store managers make bank, we have a large regional chain here where managers get paid a base salary then a cut of profits which can easily get them into 6 figures.

Yeah that's the episode I was thinking of when I made this. Still think it's crazy that he could support a family and buy a home through that job

Was that the one where he realized his crowning achievement was actually being a father? If so, I agree. Excellent episode and nice development for an adult character.

My cousin manages a grocery store and seems to do ok for himself. Ditto the previous manager who retired.
