Two paid tens and one unpaid thirty. The 30 minute lunch used to be paid but now it isn't so that's kind of shitty.

we're entitled to an hour but we all stretch it to 2 hours.
since i work nights, my entire 12 hour shift is a break.
i have to do a walk every 30 minutes and then i just return to my desk posting here or watching videos on youtube.

lol the fact i made the ontario sunshine list 2 years in a row and on pace to make more this year is so comical considering how little of actual work i even do.

Don't get one. Like we just relax when there is downtime to be found. But even if you would consider that a break as a smoker I dont cause im not allowed to step out and smoke my entire shift. Cant say you get a meal break either we just eat at our post but if something comes up we are expected to drop eating and take care of it.

I'm not currently working. The last job I had was at pizza hut. It had no official breaks, but you could duck out for a couple of minutes and there'd be plenty of downtime.

Job before that was a factory. 12 hour shifts, and we got a paid break every two hours, plus an unpaid half an hour lunch. Breaks were supposed to be ten minutes, but my boss generally let us get away with 15 minute breaks.

I'm salary so all breaks are paid.

I go in at 0620, I have a break from around 0730 til roughly 0920 then I have another break from roughly 1130 to 1250, then I'm usually done for the day around 4-5 pm depending.

Tbh I've been spoiled by long lunches so going to a different job would suck hard. I like not being rushed, in regards to eating.

Salary, so basically work 3-4 hours a day 4 days a week, working from home. I'm still considered full-time but I can knock my work out quick.

I can take as many and as long of breaks as I want, but I have the type of job where I get to be done the instant the daily work is finished so I dont generally take advantage of that privilege cuz Id rather just be done sooner.

Half an hour for 8 hours. More for overtime.

We earn paid time off per hour worked. Not sure what the factor is.

Since I'm generally part time it's one 10 minute paid break, but if I'm there for a 7-8hr shift it's two 10's and one 30 minute unpaid break.

Same here, except we lost our second 10 (which was really 15) at the same time we lost our paid lunch.

Two paid 15 minute breaks that are technically optional, but highly encouraged and an unpaid 30 minute lunch. I can go whenever I want (provided I take my lunch before the 6 hour mark in my shift) and my schedule guarantees 40 hours of pay so my shift is half an hour longer than 8 hours to account for the lunch. I think it would be better for it all to be paid so I don't have to be there for half an hour more, but maybe it's more complicated than I think.

30 minutes. I break every 2 hours. Sometimes 40 minutes to an hour depending on where Im at.
