LostForest 04/15/21 12:28:34 AM #1:	I ask cuz I've been working on an indie game by myself for 2-3 years now, and later this year I'd like to start going public with it. But I remember about a year into my work, I realized a trademark had been filed for a game series with the same name I had thought of, after I already decided on it. Luckily it was early on, so I didn't have to change much. But I want to avoid that happening again, and frequently check the US Trademark database to make sure it hasn't lol. Do I need to be an organization? Or can individuals do it?
