Was a great show and I never rooted for Mackey or his gang of thugs, but I wonder if some people would feel it was glorifying corrupt cops.

Only thing I cant imagine is rooting for any of the main 4. And I remember some people on CE were. Im like dawg....they literally MURDERED a cop for exposing their corruption episode 1!

It was never that good. TV was just comparatively far worse at the time. TV didn't really get good until Breaking Bad and post-Rome. It didn't become what it is today until GOT and Walking Dead blew up. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
