Probably not, but you can absolutely substitute chicken broth for water in a rice cooker in order to make chicken rice.

Yeah, I second the above chicken rice. it might work, but I would boil the chicken breast and add rice after about 5 minutes of boiling.

What you can do is boil chicken breast, add some bay leaf, whole peppercorns, lemongrass in the water while you boil it.

suatee some garlic and onions until crispy set that on the side as garnish.

use the chicken broth mixture and cook rice with it. And set some chicken broth aside as a soup.

cut some cucumbers. And make a dipping sauce with chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and lemon

Chicken theighs would be better for this sort of thing. Breasts will prabably be overcooked and really dry by the time the rice is done. If you want to do breasts you'd be better off just cooking them separately and then mixing them together.

I used to make a single pot rice bake with chicken theighs that was awesome. As the theighs cook fat renders out into the rice. But I did it in a pot, not a rice cooker, not sure how that would work

So long as you get it to 160F inside, it'll be edible.
A rice cooker is essentially a steamer, so it's not going to dry out.

Invest in a slow cooker or an immersion heater.
