I never understood what this phrase meant. Isnt it quite literally impossible to hate yourself? And even if there is something you didnt like about you what are you just blame everyone else? Like if you arent good at playing the guitar, wouldnt you just blame your parents for not getting you the teachers? Or maybe you dont blame anyone but you just really frustrated and upset but that doesnt mean you hate yourself
