He's not technically the owner (lightningxiii-2 is), but you'd think in a situation where one user was fully stripped of the board they owned and were a leader for (was he also a leader for the MAGA board?) would put a check on their account that prevented them from taking any others either period or without approval (and we all know he'd never get approved anyways).
