Ive seen 10 million dollar beachfront homes in Venice and Santa Monica which have a better vibe. The marble flooring on every inch of the property makes it feel sterile and lifeless as well. I dont know, not my cup of tea I guess. Also, imagine all the dust and dirt that builds up everywhere. All it's missing is an ice skating rink and robot staff so I don't have give up my reclusiveness in favor of kleanliness. Biggest issues are: Unless there's a PA system, everyone would need to have a phone or waste half an hour looking for Jerry. Losing your keys will be a MASSIVE* bitch.
