I dont remember them being too bad early on. I remember them being a bitch when i got to vivec and after.

It's always fun having the boots of blinding speed plus a strong levitation spell where you can fly across the island super quick and getting a bunch of cliffracers following you. They will never stop and will follow you to the ends of the Earth or Nirn.

the main annoying thing about cliff racers is if youre playing a melee character their ai has a habit of inching down towards you very slowly and taking like 5-10 seconds to get into attack range just to die in one hit
