No.

Even as a kid the idea seemed pretty ridiculous.

I think chances of a god existing is very slim. Far more likely there are aliens though

Nope and even if there is a higher power, they are not benevolent.

Considering how much lamer everything got almost immediately after the YouTube atheist movement kicked off, god's "vengeance" certainly feels like a more plausible concept now

I find it very hard to believe that people are ever telling the truth. So if there was a god I doubt it even likes humans at all.

If a God-like thing exists at all, it's nothing like what is described by religions. My answer is a hard no, though.

This is incorrect. To say no means you claim there is enough evidence to say there is no god. To say yes means you claim there is enough evidence to say there is a god. If you do not know, you do not have enough information, which may or may not mean there is enough convincing evidence for both arguments.

I.e. agnosticism. The idea that you have to lean towards or pick a side is just a logical fallacy.
I like to tell people that I am agnostic on the existence of unicorns and how that makes me superior to anyone that believes they do or says no until they see the evidence. /s

Faith and science are not opposite ends of a spectrum. They are completely different concepts. I can't speak for all atheists, but I don't anti-believe in God. I don't believe at all. I view God like you'd view any unproven theory or hypothesis: not true until proven.

I don't know. There could be, but I really don't know. What I do feel is that the bibles, both of them were designed with attacking peoples emotions rather than being true stories. The Old Testament created to strike fear into the hearts of people who grew comfortable with their lives. To explain why some natural disasters happened, and to try and guide them to be a better person.

When that started to wear off, they created the New Testament. A story of a young man who grew up to bring people together, to give them hope, in a time when they weren't sure too sure of themselves.

I feel that the bibles have been altered over the thousands of years that they have been around, with translation changes and of course personal bias each time it was rewritten. That both stories, both bibles should be a guide rather than the one true law to rule our lives.
