I got to visit for 2 weeks in summer 2004

It was really cool. Mostly was in Nagoya but saw some countryside and a couple villages. And spent like 24 hours in Kyoto

I've never been back and probably never will. But it's my most memorable trip of my life

Yeah I went during late October and I had a blast. The food in convenience stores there is so much better than what we get here in Hawaii. They sold adult magazines right next to the Shonen Jump manga at 7-11 lol.

Also, I watched some of a Japanese dubbed Men in Black movie in the hotel. Let me just say that Will Smith's Japanese voice over didn't match at all XD

Wonder if they censor the adult magazines, probably do.

You have to cover up genitals yes. Uncensored porn exists in Japan, but selling it is technically illegal.

Just want to mention the ATM I regularly use at Family Mart had this girls pissing themselves magazine next to it for like a month. Everytime I went to get cash it was impossible not to look.
