She reminds me of the Genocide Jack chick from Danganronpa (1st one).

But beyond that, the graphic gives me literally nothing to go on, except that it's a recent CN show so probably not. (The only recent CN shows I've liked are Adventure Time and Infinity Train; and I say this as someone who loves most of their classics.)

Its a rather sad story and the mc goes through quite the metamorphosis. Ending is kinda sad too. I won't spoil it.
