Stare it down, back off slowly while keeping eye contact. If it's not hungry, this will probably mean I get out safe. If it is, well, I'm probably fucked, but if it attacks, the old "go for the eyes". If a toy's nearby I might try to use it to jam in the tiger's mouth too.
