2) move to more rural areas being pushed out by speculative overinflated markets.
3) grow a nostalgia for the aesthetic

I would not mind at all seeing a beautiful wood and resin television or a laptop made of glass but strong and flexible. I'm not talking about making everything bulky, but a modern sleek take with resins and modern machinery for making wood more durable at thinner widths
