It's pretty damn good - granted, I like feta - and I've been using it as a starting point for improving on baked pasta. With an actual premade sauce it makes baked ziti worth eating for three days straight.

Tomatoes baked in the oven is a really basic thing that you can't really go wrong with. I'd slice some up sprinkle some olive oil and mozzerella and just throw them in the oven when I was wasted and wanted a snack
