yeah they are literally my least favorite bug. nothing tops it except maybe roaches because they spread. used to have a lot of centipedes at my old apartment

i hate those fuckers. even if i clean the house, they still keep coming back

used to live in a basement level apartment, would get big ass centipedes. i would probably get 2-3 a month. no matter what i did, they would come back. fortunately they are harmless and easy to kill (just step on them or squash them) but they are ugly as hell. disgusting. how can mother nature create something so disgusting.

then i moved to a 2nd floor apartment and almost never get any. i think i had maybe 1 centipede since living here for 3 years and it was small.

I rarely get them, I do get mice often and some tiny snakes in my basement. like inch long ones...

Like the Giant Tropical Centipede can grow up to 20 Centimeters (12 inches) long and are extremely poisinous.

I've always had a fear of centipedes since I was I kid, playing under cedar trees in Texas. One time I was clearing mango leaves off the backyard hill in Hawaii and I had one about 7" long run up my arm.
I tried to swipe it off but it dug in every leg and tried to hold on. I freaked out and finally yanked it off while I was falling down the hill.

Once I landed back in the yard I stripped naked and changed clothes. I was shook for about 2 weeks.
