Tried to play some videogames but I just want to lie down and maybe watch tv. feel tired after full night of sleep

At least for me, Prozac didn't start kicking in til week 3 or 4 and even then it wasn't enough. But my depression operates differently than most.

I didnt get any benefit from Prozac for like 6 weeks and the side effects were terrible still. I think Wellbutrin is the best antidepressant, and I want to get back on it.

It takes 4 weeks for SSRIs to work.

Noticing that once it's 3AM I find the power to focus again. sure could just be deadline but at the current phase of fluoxetine I think it's impairing my cognition. Maybe I should start taking it at night for a while.

Call your shrink and ask them if that's a good idea. With medication, you should really follow their instruction on the matter. If you start fucking with it by taking it closer to bed/vice versa to your norm, the effects might differ than what they expect.

You're not even 2 weeks in, don't think about changing things for at least another 2 weeks.
