From when I was in the recovery room to now it's felt like I've pulled something inside in the bowel area and I get some pain when moving around.

Could be from having the polyps and biopsies done, but I would for sure call the doctor and ask if that's normal.

They do procedures mainly at the weekend so I think should be available on Saturday. Thought it would be gone a few days ago

The Plutonian in Irredeemable is one of the More gnar comics I have read outside of the on purpose gross out stuff. I will never read it again.
I got to like Bizzaro cause of the injustice games. He needs more stories. They used him great in the Red Hood and the Outlaws though. Him plus Aretimis and Red Hood make for a good Dark Trinity --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Had one, but nothing removed. The prep the day before was worse than the procedure.

I had one 2 years ago. I did not experience any type of pain following it and I did have a polyp removed. You should check with the doctors.
