So many remakes recently. I actually support making games with updated rulesets and high quality components...but also I'm trimming down my collection. I'm expecting the next few years to get wild with remakes once everyone catches on.

I've noticed a couple remakes in the past, but it seems like it's happening at a much faster rate now. I guess I'm okay with a game a decade old getting a streamlined ruleset and better components/art.

The worst bit of it being remake time is that it'll make it harder to find the vintage classics that I only half remember. I'll end up at a remake of it instead and worry that it's not quite what I remember....
