The company seems legit insight global The recruiter said that the client wants to make a database of all prospective clients with their last 4 digits to identify then. Insight Global is a legitimate staffing company, but I would definitely want to know more about why the employer wants to have that information from every applicant and not just whoever they're actually hiring.
