A Black family with a beautiful ocean front resort in Manhattan Beach had their land repossessed and thousands of Black Beach goers were driven out of town

The Family who Established Bruce's Beach a Black Resort and community. It was established in the early 1900s. Other Black Families came and settled, built homes and businesses.

White rioters and vandals came and vandalized and harassed their community, and the KKK even burned mattresses under their properties.

When the Black community refused to leave, city officials through initiatives condemned the neighborhood and seized dozens of homes and properties through eminent domain

This is why Reparations are a must for Black Americans

Never knew about this before today.

Whenever I read about something like this, I just end up wondering how much better off black people in the US would be if shit like this never happened and we were just allowed to flourish and accumulate wealth.

We would be thriving and wouldn't have to demand anybody for a damn thing. Because we'd have our own homes, land schools, police etc.

The Anti-Black Racists real goal is to keep us subservient. They hate when we are doing well and self sufficient.

They talk about bootstraps but in reality they just want us to be a subservient underclass

Even when there was segregation they didn't leave our people alone they came in and tore everything down

I don't get it. I mean, there's the subservient thing, but aside from that, any perceived issues people have with us, like high crime rates, being uneducated, etc., have everything to do with keeping us in poverty for over a hundred years and destroying any one of our communities that thrive. If we were allowed to be wealthy, what issues would all the racists have with us?

If we were wealthy, the racists would be and tear it all down.

They actually like having Black neighborhoods in complete despair because it gives them someone to look down upon and mock. It doesnt matter how bad the Anti-Black Racists are doing if there is another group of people, especially Black people, doing worse than them it makes them feel better about themselves.
