So Biden is letting in unaccompanied kids at our border with Mexico. Biden did well on his press conference. I usually do not like the laugh-it-off laugh but when the right takes you to task about the condition of the detention cells, what can you say? (For those who forgot kids were in cages without sanitary water and I hope this is in the past). Biden also pointed out that a family only sends a 17 year old on this trek as a last resort.

I wonder how they determine age? Unlike the USA Mexico has centralized record keeping and socialized medicine so you could just take a foot print and compare it.

Pediatric dentists can tell by wear on the teeth. I think that you could develop an AI to check wear on teeth thus separating the juveniles from the adults and then this would be impartial. I am guessing that there would be something in the diet that is radioactive and decays into something unique. This would give other means of impartially determining age.
