How do I know? from 21 to 30 I lived miserably thinking it was completely impossible to ever get a girl. You know the feeling. I'm not good enough, no friends, don't know how to socialize. I have been busting my ass improving social skills for nearly 8 years and I finally got to have sex at 31. If I can do it ANYONE can. Let.me.tell.you! I was completely hopeless.

If you don't have a huge face disfiguration, then you're attractive enough for -someone- maybe not a 10/10, but someone that will make you happy.

Bullshit. I don't have the patience to take years to learn the social skills I should have learned over a decade ago in high school, and I've never been attractive enough for anyone. Just because you can do it doesn't mean I can, I'm a complete failure.

Anything of value that you could learn at this point is going to take years, but anything you are currently doing to sustain yourself is going to take the rest of your working life, anyway. Or, if you're full on basementcore, all the nothing you're doing will be the rest of your life.

A few years seems the long term, but it's really the short term.

Also, years is absolute nonsense. Just incorporate anything you want to improve on into your daily routine. For like 10 fucking minutes, if you're that ADHD. You'll improve.
