My brick and mortar store that I regularly get games from is the one that did not have the game day 1 like they were supposed to. =/

*The vast majority of us that pre-ordered from gamestop got screwed...they ended up not having the game because it did not leave the warehouse they ship shit from in time, so regular editions, deluxe editions, etc., none of that is coming until monday supposedly.*

Yeah, yeah, I know, gamestop sucks and blahblahblah, but this is the first time I have had a late game when it comes to a physical copy that I pick up from the store myself from them like this in shit, over 10 years or so.

...actually, I can't really remember having a situation where its like "well shit, game is not here. Come back next week" ever, besides this Ys monstrum nox situation where no stores period had the physical copy of this game for like the first two days.

I wonder if that means that Gamestop just didn't get it from the vendor on-time either. From my experience stores should be getting the games 1-2 days before actual release date which means their warehouses should be getting them even earlier.

I did mine last night. Just in time too! Their website is out of stock.

Took $400 of my stimmy but well worth it.
