Do you really think a person is inherently different or wiser or evolved one year after their 24th birthday? Cause that ain't what it means. The brain being fully developed at 25 does not mean you are not old enough to make adult decisions at 20. It just mean that it still develops. If you still think you are a kid at 20, I feel like you are just using the brain argument to refuse taking responsibility.
