8/13 people said my strongest trait was the ability to speak up and disagree effectively. That's arguably a negative at my level, lol.

As for the negatives, my attitude causes problems and can be "off-putting."

My overall assessment is "Needs Improvement" so I'm looking forward to putting in my notice next week.

What can I do to leverage my apparent tendency to disagree with people?
