Leaky valve cover gasket: Not ideal, but won't kill you. The valve adjustment is what's questionable to me, because most newer vehicles have some sort of hydraulic tappets that are largely self adjusting. Your vehicle might have solid lifters though. Can probably get it done for way cheaper elsewhere especially without the adjustment.
Ball joint boots: Safety issue. Get that fixed somewhere at least. Broken boots lead to contamination of the joint, which could fail catastrophically at speed. Leaky oil pan gasket: Also not ideal, but similar to the valve cover gasket. Get it done cheap elsewhere, but low priority. Leaky rack and pinion: Potential safety issue as well, but I'm not sure if they're trying to rebuild the rack or just install a new one. Get this fixed at some point though. SRS light: Who knows what is causing this, they're sometimes a separate diagnostic system in the car and a pain in the ass to check. Depending on where you live, will cause you to fail state inspection (if you even have one). Could be a bad sensor or something going on with your airbags/seat belts. Again, fuck $170/hr. EDIT: 02 Civic? That's what I drive lol. Mine definitely has some oil leaks, and a lot of those engines burn oil like a cargo liner when they get older anyway. Unfortunately they DO have solid lifters, so a valve adjustment couldn't hurt. A Honda dealer is gonna charge you out the ass for ALL of that though. Just go to a reputable local shop, everyone knows how to work on Civics lol ... Copied to Clipboard!

Ball joints are most important
Valve cover gasket is probably something you can do by watching a video on a civic Oil gasket, I'd ignore it unless I was adding oil all the time, but check at every fill up Get a second opinion on the rack and pinion --- "All I have is my balls and my word, and I don't break them for anyone!"-Tony Montana ... Same with home repairs. Honestly I'd agree with him for the most part if it was like 1980. I'm not great as a mechanic by any means but I did all the work on my old trucks and my Monte Carlo.
