This is the results of my third attempt and I've gave up. I'll mostly be using the switch in docked mode anyway so it's not a big deal but look at this shit:

It all depends on the dust in the room and the screen protector itself. I have done it for phones for work in a dusty room. In a dusty room even if you put it on within 10 seconds it is almost impossible to not get dust underneath the screen.

I'm using a unicorn beetle case. two part hard shell with a built in screen protector.

I can place them evenly on the screen but always get some degree of bubbling even after using a flattening tool.

But it doesn't seem to hinder performance or view, so I don't mind it a whole lot.

If I buy one at one of the cell phone retailer places I just ask the person working if they can install it for me. If I get one online I have my wife do it because she is less likely to fuck it up lol

I think when I revisit installing a screen protector on my switch I'll get someone to do it for me. Probably my brothers Gf as she is more well versed in installing them. Must be my big hands that are the problem.
